New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is in trouble with the I-R-S and the tax collection agency has reportedly filed a number of liens on her home because she owes nearly 100-thousand dollars in overdue taxes. In a statement, the mayor says her family has been struggling with this debt for years and they are working with tax experts to resolve.
