Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Lake Charles couple for cruelty to a juvenile after a 3-year-old is rushed into surgery with a brain injury. Sheriff Tony Mancuso says the stepmother brought the child to the hospital after it appeared the child was having a seizure. She indicated the injuries may be from the father’s disciplinary actions…
