Williamson recorded his first double-double of his young career, 21 points and 11 rebounds in a season-high 27 minutes. New Orleans is at Cleveland tomorrow.

Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas had five catches for 92 yards and one touchdown as the A-F-C beat the N-F-C 38-33 in the Pro Bowl. Drew Brees got the start for the N-F-C and threw for 95 yards and a touchdown. Brees says he’ll spend the next month with his family and then decide if he’ll play next season.

Preseason practice is underway for the 11th ranked LSU baseball team and there are plenty of position battles to be sorted out before the season opener February 14th. The only returning starters in the field are catcher Saul Garza, first baseman Cade Beloso and outfielder Daniel Cabrera. Coach Paul Mainieri expects to have fluidity with his everyday lineup
