Williamson missed the first half of the year after undergoing knee surgery. Louisiana Tech football has reportedly hired David Blackwell as its defensive coordinator. Blackwell had the same job with Old Dominion this past season and he helped improved a Monarchs defense, even though O-D-U went just 1-and-11 in 2019.

LSU improved to 6-0 in the SEC last night with an 84-82 win over Florida at the PMAC. The Tigers had six players in double figures led by Florida native Emmit Williams who had 19 points.
