Former Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Dennis Perkins and his teacher wife Cynthia Perkins each entered a not guilty plea to charges that alleged they were involved in child rape, sexual battery, video voyeurism, and child pornography. Cynthia Perkins has also filed for divorce. Court documents say she’s fearful of Dennis Perkins.
