Shreveport police Sergeant Brian Skinner and former Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Colgin have been charged by federal prosecutors for their roles in an investigation into the illegal use of steroids. Each man faces two criminal counts, conspiracy to possess and sell anabolic steroids. Skinner has been on leave since September.
