Louisiana Tech will need to beat UTSA on Saturday and get some help in order to win the Conference USA Western Division. Quarterback J-Mar Smith is eligible to play Saturday after missing the last two games because of a suspension. Coach Skip Holtz said today that the Bulldogs will play the quarterback that gives them the best chance to win. Freshman Q-B Aaron Allen has started the last two games, both losses.
