Walk-on’s Bistreaux and Bar terminates it’s franchise agreement with Covington franchise holder Brandon Hargrave following a racially-charged Facebook post about trick-or-treaters featuring doorbell video of several black children helping themselves to handfuls of candy, despite a sign saying one piece of candy per child.  The Covington location is currently operating and the company says a transition plan for the ownership of the location is in progress.
