Livingston Sheriff Jason Ard took questions today about Dennis Perkins, the former high-ranking sheriff’s deputy arrested along with his wife, on child sex crimes. A Baton Rouge TV station is reporting a Baton Rouge Police officer accused Perkins of inappropriately touching his 14-year-old stepdaughter in 2013.
