The NCAA announced today that it will allow its athletes to make money off their name, image and likeness. The NCAA says it must embrace change to provide the best possible experience for college athletes. The governing board of college athletics hopes to develop rules and put them in place by January 2021 and rules will be consistent with the collegiate model.
