A Pineville man has been arrested and charged with 250 counts of online impersonation after allegedly posing as a woman on social media sites to solicit sexually explicit photos from women. State Police Master Trooper Scott Moreau says it’s a highly unusual case, and he knows people have a lot of questions, but they have to remain tight-lipped.

Investigators say 46-year-old Kevin Miles used the fake social media account for over a decade.
The man behind the wheel of a Dodge pickup truck that slammed into another vehicle in August, killing two people, including a two-year-old girl in St. Landry Parish, is now charged with two counts of negligent homicide. Trooper Thomas Gossen says 48-year-old Michael Shane Guidry of Carencro was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
