State Police arrest 34-year-old Jessie Joseph III of Raceland for the man’s tenth DWI arrest. Senior Trooper Jesse LaGrange says Joseph was clocked going 89 in a 70 mph zone.

State Agriculture Commissioner Mike Strain says authorities have arrested two men who stole two brand new tractors from a business in Many. 38-year-old Stephan Morton of Shreveport and 41-year-old Michael Bayone of Alexandria have been charged with felony theft. Strain says The stolen tractors have not been recovered.
