The other candidate on the stage was Republican Eddie Rispone. The Baton Rouge businessman says the state has a spending problem and if Louisiana is collecting too many taxes, then it needs to reduce them. The next televised debate is Thursday, the candidates will also appear at the Baton Rouge Press Club on Monday.
