West Monroe police arrested a teacher’s aide at a daycare facility after she was allegedly caught on video abusing three young children. Police say 48-year-old Yolanda Jackson hit a three-year-old in the back of the head. Authorities say the video also shows Jackson shaking children and dragging them across the room by the arm.
