Whitney Bank says they’ve deactivated and re-issued 71-hundred debit cards over concerns those customers are victims of an ATM scheme that has the attention of law enforcement along the I-10 corridor. Whitney says the scheme appears to involve criminals attaching a skimmer on the A-T-M to capture a person’s credit card and PIN number.
