The Fourth of July is just a day away and folks are packing into fireworks stands to get some pyrotechnics to celebrate America’s independence, but every year people get busted for firing off the displays in jurisdictions that have outlawed the use of fireworks. So how can you be sure it’s legal to shoot fireworks on your property?
