McNeese will meet Indiana State at noon on Friday in the Nashville Regional. The Cowboys are in the NCAA Baseball Tournament for the first time since 2003.

Southern University is in the NCAA Baseball Tournament for the first time in 10 years and the Jaguars will travel up to Starkville to face Mississippi State on Friday afternoon. The other two teams in the Starkville Regional are Central Michigan and Miami, a traditional power in college baseball.
