A Senate committee has approved legislation that would set the minimum age for marriage in Louisiana at 18-years-old. The proposal passed without objection, but Alexandria Senator Jay Luneau raised concerns about the bill blocking two 17-year-olds from getting married when there’s an unplanned pregnancy…
