An 18-wheeler carrying soft drinks overturned on Highway 28 West in Vernon Parish this morning. No serious injuries reported, but soft drinks spilled across the road. And on I-10 eastbound near New Orleans, an 18-wheeler hauling frozen fish was involved in a crash and it took hours for crews to clean up the mess.
