Yahoo Sports has identified the alleged recipient of suspended LSU basketball coach Will Wade’s “strong offer” as Baton Rouge influencer Shannon Forman. The report details emails claiming Foreman “has Javonte Smart”, and wiretaps indicating Wade’s offer wasnt initially succsessful because Foreman didn’t get “enough of the piece of the pie”. Tiger Rag associate editor Tyler Nunez says Smart has previously referred to Foreman as a mentor, who is considered a Baton Rouge basketball guru.
