The number of abortions in Louisiana last year fell to a 10-year low, and that number could significantly decrease if the US Supreme Court rules in favor of a Louisiana law that would require clinics to have admitting privileges. Louisiana Right to Life Executive Director Ben Clapper says that case could be heard in January of 2020.
