Accused murderer Dakota Theriot is headed back to Louisiana today after waiving his extradition at a court hearing in Virginia. Theriot stands accused of murdering three members of a family he lived with in the Walker area, before heading to Gonzales to execute his parents, and then fleeing to Virginia. Legal Analyst Tim Meche on what happens next.

During his extradition hearing today, a court-appointed attorney said Theriot drove to Virginia to tell his two aunts and grandmother good-bye.
