The mother of a little Baton Rouge boy who drowned in a 20-foot well filled with water has been charged with negligent homicide in conection with the death of 4 year-old Jassiah Clark. Twenty-five year-old Brittni Clark, was charged Tuesday afternoon, because BRPD believes the child was not properly supervised when he went missing on December 20th.
