Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry says starting Monday the state can enforce a new law that would require physicians who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital. Landry says a federal appeals court has decided not to reconsider a legal challenge to the 2014 law, so now the law can go into effect….
