Could a campaign promise from 2014 come back to haunt Congressman Ralph Abraham as he runs for Governor?  Kevin Barnhart has the story.

Abraham’s campaign responded with a press release, saying it was a first term promise that he kept, and that the Advocate’s report was “fake news”.
