State Fire Marshal spokesperson Ashley Rodrigue says over the weekend their office issued cease and desist orders to eight fireworks stands in five parishes, Sabine, Lafayette, Acadia, St. Martin and Iberia parishes. A large warehouse in Acadia Parish was also shut down.
