There are reports federal and local investigators are looking allegations former St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Jack Strain sexually abused at least four teenagers. According to WWL-TV, the investigation is over a year long and the abuse may have occurred over decades. No arrests have been made and no charges have been filed in the case.
