A Chackbay (shack bay) man has died after being shot in his home yesterday. The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office says 22 year-old Raushaud Gasery was struck by a single round that traveled through his arm and into his chest. The shooting is being ruled an accident; however police are still investigating.
