Monroe born and Alto based Congressman Ralph Abraham says he’s a conservative Republican who’s concerned with the Democratic Governor’s policy of tax and spend. The LSU alum and former National Guard Helicopter pilot has spent most of his career outside of south Louisiana, but looks forward to introducing himself to constituents outside of his district that incorporates pieces of 26 parishes.
