Shreveport TV stations report Bossier Parish Schools are facing a lawsuit alleging the school system failed to protect students from a pedophile teacher. The parents fo a nine-year filed the suit. One week ago, deputies charged Aubrey Perry Norcross with rape of a student. He’s also been charged with video voyeurism.
