Governor John Bel Edwards says the Sunshine Bridge in St. James Parish will not re-open until January 2019 as crews will attempt to work around the clock to fix the structure after it was hit by large crane. Edwards says Marquette Transportation which was towing the crane barge should pay for the five-million dollars in repairs.
