US Immigration and Customs Enforcement says they’ve arrested one of their most wanted fugitives during a targeted operation in Acadia Parish. Jose Melchor Martinez, also known as Jose Luis Martinez-Sanchez, is a Mexican national who was in the country illegally and has been convicted of taking indecent liberties with a child in North Carolina in 2002. He was arrested at a home in Church Point.
