Friday is the deadline for Louisiana homeowners with damage from the 2016 floods to complete a survey for homeowner aid through a financed grant program from the federal government.

The survey is the first step to be considered for assistance through the Restore Louisiana program. The survey can be found online at ‘Restore (dot) L-A (dot) G-O-V.

The survey deadline was extended by Governor John Bel Edwards after congressional adjustments to the federal disaster rules.
