Another round of Louisiana emergency response officials have been dispatched to the Panhandle to aid Floridians who were impacted by the devastating Hurricane Michael. Ag Commissioner Mike Strain says one of his team is on the ground there, and when disaster strikes, people tend to call the Bayou State for help.
