Louisiana leads the pack in FAFSA submission rates after a major policy change for high school seniors. Matt Doyle has more.

State Police has arrested one of its own Troopers and charged him with felony Abuse of Office. L-S-P says an investigation has determined that John Kelly used his authorized access to law enforcement databases for unauthorized activities. Kelly was booked into the Bossier Parish prison and bond set at 10-thousand dollars.

A 25-hundred reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of someone who allegedly threw a dog out of a moving vehicle on I-20 in Webster Parish. The dog named “Faith” was dragged by other cars and did not survive from her injuries. Humane Society of Louisiana Executive Director Jeff Dorson hopes law enforcement finds the person responsible and he’s punished severely…
