Veteran Ted Ginn Junior is averaging just five yards a catch in preseason games and free-agent signee Cameron Meredith has been a non-factor.
There’s talk at this time every year on whether four preseason games is over kill. Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones said on a Dallas radio station that he remains in favor an 18-game regular season schedule and just two preseason games. Jones says a longer regular season and shortened training camp would probably be better physically for the players and they can make more money.
