An impaired driver in West Carroll Parish crashing into another car on Highway 2 last night has claimed the life of a North Carolina woman. State Police say that 43 year-old James Bell of Oak Grove crossed the center line in his F-150 truck, striking the car driven by 22 year-old of NorthCarolina. His passenger, Lydia Snyder, was prounounced dead at the scene.
