At 10:00 this morning, Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser will unveil the contents of a time capsule recently found in New Orleans by workers who removed a pedestel where the statue of Confederate General P-G-T Beauregard once stood. Based on an article published in the Times-Picayune in 1913, the box contains Confederate and US flags and photos of Confederate leaders.
