25-year-old Donovan Kennedy of New Iberia was arrested for 2nd degree and attempted second degree murder.
Areas off the coasts of Elmer’s and Grand Terre islands have been opened to commercial fishermen for the first time since the 2010 oil spill. Dean of Dean Blanchard’s Seafood in Grand Isle says reopening these areas will be a big help for the industry going forward…:
