Cadyn Grenier singled home pinch runner Zach Clayton from third base ahead of the Larnach blast, his team-leading 19th homer of the year. Grenier, before roping a 2-2 pitch into left field, popped a 1-1 pitch foul to the warning track in shallow right field that fell between three Razorbacks.Seeking its first national title in baseball, Arkansas before Wednesday was 42-0 this season when leading after eight innings.
In the soccer world cup South Korea has eliminated the Defending champion Germany. In getting beat Germany becomes the fourth, out of the past five, world cup champion to be defeated in the tournament. South Korea won 2-0.
