A Legislative Auditor’s report says some companies that are paid by the state to help run Medicaid are not providing the Department of Health with information on what they are charging for their services. Managed Care Organizations, or MCOs, are required to give LDH detailed information that’s used to set the rates they are in turn paid. Legislative Auditor Daryl Purpera:
