And tonight at 9 PM, Northwestern State faces the number three national seed Oregon State at Goss Stadium. Oregon State’s batting average ranks third nationally as they have a team average of .318. Left-hander Ridge Heisler starts on the hill for Northwestern.

LSU-Eunice scored four runs in the sixth inning last night and that was the difference in a 9-5 win over Parkland College in Game One of the division two national junior college championship series. Koi Westrook hit a three-run homer in that decisive sixth inning. The Bengals can win the title tonight as first pitch is at 7:00.
