A Shreveport man was arrested this afternoon in connection with the fatal shooting of a teen-ager. Shreveport Police say twenty-one year-old Solomon Tucker was booked on second-degree murder charges for allegedly shooting seventeen year-old Jonantea Carter on November 30th. Tucker’s bond was set at 250 thousand dollars.
