The Senate Finance Committee meets on Sunday where they’ll begin to discuss the House approved budget that Governor Edwards says contains deep cuts to health care services for the poor, disabled and elderly. Edwards says the Senate will also not be able to provide a responsible spending plan either, because there’s not enough revenue to fund all of the state’s priorities….
