The Saints lost their third consecutive home game last night as they fell to the Baltimore Ravens 34-20. The Saints defense gave up 215 yards on the ground, as well as two rushing touchdowns. An LSU Pennington Biomedical Research Center study shows the rate of diabetes continuing to rise and the disease now costs Louisiana five-billion dollars a year. The study shows the cost of prediabetes and undiagnosed diabetes grew as much as 82-percent since 2007. The state continues to set new employment records. The number of people who are employed is going up, along with the state’s unemployment rate. The unemployment rate for October was six-point-two percent, up four-percentage points from last year.
