A 17-year-old juvenile who escaped from the Swanson Center for Youth in Monroe has been found and arrested. Teondre Wright was found by the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and the US Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force in an apartment complex in Algiers.
