Another blast of arctic air is coming to Louisiana, and will bring below normal temperatures and a good possibility of ice and snow in northern parishes. The six parishes bordering Arkansas are under a Winter Storm Warning. Shreveport National Weather Service meteorologist Matthew Duplantis says snow could begin falling late tonight in those areas…:
