Residents in coastal parishes in southeast Louisiana are making minature snowmen as a rare snowfall is covering the ground in coastal towns like Grand Isle and Empire. It will be a little warmer today as high temperatures should get in the 40s, but another hard freeze is expected tonight and into tomorrow morning.
