LSU Head Football Coach Ed Orgeron is being second guessed today for his decision to kick a field goal instead of going for a touchdown with the ball inside the one-yard line late in the fourth quarter. The made field goal made it 17-14, but Notre Dame responded with a touchdown and won 21-17. Offensive coordinator Matt Canada’s future with the program is still not clear. Orgeron would not comment about his status for the 2018 season, and Canada did not board the team’s bus after the game.

Alabama will face SEC foe Georiga in the national title game, which will be played Monday night in Atlanta. The Bulldogs beat Oklahoma 54-48 in double overtime.
