Governor John Bel Edwards believes Louisiana can continue the progress it made during 2017 in the areas of employment and criminal justice reform. The state’s unemployment rate has declined seven straight months and at 4.7 percent it’s the lowest been since 2008.  He says there will be more employment opportunities this year…

The 17th ranked LSU Tigers take on number 14 Notre Dame in the Citrus Bowl in Orlando today.
